HopeRussia Seminary first-year student Valeri Scherbakov is a photographer and bivocational pastor of the Church of Living Water, a Baptist congregation in Barnaul, Siberia. Nestled on the left bank of the Ob River, Barnaul is the fourth-largest city in Siberia, with more than 600,000 residents, almost all of whom are unchurched. Valeri and Ekaterina have four sons.
