HopeRussia Seminary first-year student Vasili Piskun is pastor of New Generation Evangelical Church in Krasnoyarsk, Siberia. With a population topping 1 million, Krasnoyarsk is the third-largest city in Siberia. Vasili and his wife, Svetlana, have two teenage sons, Alexander and Alexi. (Attentive web-surfers will notice in the above photo that not only do they have a ski hill in Krasnoyarsk, they also have achieved the coup-de-grace of winter sports: NIGHT-skiing!)
