Since 2011, Oleg Volkov has been pastor of Grace Covenant Presbyterian Church in Saint Petersburg. Hope Russia’s founder Blake Purcell was the original pastor. The church was organized in 1999 as a result of God’s blessing upon Blake and Cathy’s decade of evangelistic ministry in the city.
