Spring 2025 Vision Trip

Antalya is in southern Turkey on the Mediterranean coast.
HopeRussia's vision trips coincide with our 2-week Spring Intensive Course, the highlight of our seminary's academic year. During Fall and Winter our students (serving in churches spread across 9 time zones) study diligently in our online courses while they look forward to meeting in-person in the Spring.
We usually hold these intensives in St. Petersburg. Due to the travel embargo, we’ve temporarily moved them to Turkey, easily accessible by Americans and Russians alike.
This April, we're inviting husbands and wives to travel to Turkey together to share in our ministry of encouragement to Russian pastors & their wives. Although of course everyone is invited to travel solo on this Vision Trip, couples who travel together are invited to facilitate a three-day series of one-hour small group discussions on the topic of Marriage Enrichment with two Russian ministry couples in each group. Translator and facilitators’ discussion guide will be provided.

Vision Trip Schedule
Tue Apr 22: Arrival in Antalya and Hotel Check-In
Wed – Sat Mornings Apr 23-26: Observe & Participate in the Intensive Course - Attend lectures and introduce yourself and your church to our student body during introduction times.
Fri Morn Apr 25: Optional Visit the Antalya Archaeological Museum
Wed – Fri Afternoons Apr 23-25 (3-4 PM): Each American couple is invited to facilitate a Marriage Enrichment Small Group Discussion with two Russian ministry couples. Translator and facilitators’ discussion guide will be provided.
Sat Apr 26 Afternoon: Optional Van Trip to Ephesus for Sunday's Ephesus Tour
Sun Apr 27: Those not taking optional Ephesus tour teturn Home to US.
Sun Apr 27: Optional Tour of Ephesus (AM) and Van Trip Back to Antalya - Additional Option: Instead of returning to Antalya, some may wish to take ground transportation to Izmir or Istanbul and then fly home from one of those airports.
Mon Apr 28: Ephesus Tour Group Returns Home to US.
