Thanks to the generous gift of the Covenant Presbyterian Church of Issaquah, WA, we were able to hold a great intensive course full of events, teaching and fellowship of the saints.
Reverend John Mahon opened the first week of the intensive training with the Covenant of Marriage. John has been a blessing to the Biblical Theological Seminary since its inception, teaching on marriage and family relaitionships.
It's the second time in the history of the seminary our pastors have brought their wives who got their portion of training. Eleanor Mahon was one of those who ministered to the seminary wives. She taught her counterpart seminar "The Covenant of Marriage".
Our seminary was privileged to engage the Rev. Brian Nolder in teaching at this intensive training. Brian taught on Christ in the Old Testament.
Together with the ministers of PCA - the Rev. Michael Kelly, the Rev. Eric Irvin and the Rev. Blake Purcell - Brian participated in the graduation ceremony on March 13.
All three graduates began their studies in the seminary in 2010, passed exams and defended their graduation works. We thank all teachers who put knowledge into these men and helped them develop practical skills for the ministry.
March 13, 2016 was marked by another important event: the birth of the Reformed Presbyterian Church of Eurasia. Our brothers from CREC and PCA laid hands on five Eurasian ministers.
The ministers of PCA taught our students and graduates during the second week of the intensive course.
God bless our brothers and sisters who sacrificed and sacrifice their lives and resources to make all this possible.
"For God is not unjust so as to forget your work and the love which you have shown toward His name, in having ministered and in still ministering to the saints" (Hebrews 6:10)
