Rejoice in God's Greatness in Romanovka

Ruslan Moroz, pastor of the Light to the World Presbyterian church of Romanovka "Five years ago when we prayed about our own house of prayer here in Romanovka, I could not even imagine we would be able to build it. Just too expensive and too hard. But there is nothing too hard for our great God". Our plans: That's how our windows will look like. My wife Olga painted this one as a sample. She will do all others.  We continue raising the ground level around the building since the area is marshy.  Materials for the floors. And my God shall supply all your need according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus. (Phillipians 4:19) 2013: we started from scratch One family from our church sacrificed their piece of land. I came regularly to that field and mowed grass. Some people thought I lost my mind. 2015: the work began We were able to bring soil to make a place for the foundation because the area is marshy. We made pillars for the foundation, dug them into the soil and laid the foundation. Our dream began coming true. That time I was going to visit the United States. What if God is merciful to us and we get some help from our American brothers?  But we needed at least $90,000! I was scared even to think about this amount of money and all the more to mention it in a presentation. Against all my fears I dared to share our needs. 2017: $60,000 received! The Lord set the heart of our American brothers and sisters to participate in this project and blessed us to rejoice at His greatness revealed in your prayers and support. The work got in full swing! July – windows and doors; floors and interior walls; kitchen, cabinet, restroom, engineering and utility services room; the 2nd floor August – adding soil around the building; well-boring September – sewage system and water supply in the building; heat insulation of the outwalls; electricity in the building October – drainage of the area Church windows to be painted and installed. We're ready to make the floors. Thank you once again for your participation in our ministry. You help us not to lose heart and to preach fearlessly the Gospel of God’s grace.
