Pastor Ruslan is gathering a church planting core group in his hometown of Nakhodka, 56 miles from Romanovka, where he planted Light of the World Presbyterian Church. Nakhodka is a larger city (pop. 180,000). He’s kept in touch with many old friends there, and hopes to lead them to Christ to launch the new church.
